How We Started
it all started with a simple observation
FlowSolve started with a simple observation: most small businesses aren't losing clients because they aren't good at what they do — they're losing them because nothing's following up. A missed DM, a forgotten reminder, a review that never got asked for. Small gaps that quietly cost real money.
We saw an opportunity to fix that. These types of systems already existed, but most business owners didn't know they needed one, didn't have time to figure it out, or couldn't justify building it themselves. So we set out to build something different — a done-for-you system, tailored to how a business actually works, that pays for itself by simply plugging the leaks most owners don't even know they have.
That's still the mission today: help businesses hold onto the clients they're already winning.

Raymond has spent his professional career doing one thing consistently: taking complex technical subject matter and building structured, repeatable processes around it. From developing competency-based training programmes to designing assessment frameworks for national qualifications, he understands how to identify what a system needs and build it properly from the ground up.
That same thinking is at the core of FlowSolve. Raymond brings the operational discipline and technical foundation to ensure that what gets built actually solves the problem it was designed for without guess work. He makes sure every possibility is taken care of before you have time to ask the question

With six years working inside some of the most demanding customer-facing environments in the industry across multiple faculties and consistently identifying the gaps that quietly cost businesses revenue, retention, and trust.
That pattern recognition is what led to Flowsolve. Working with tourism businesses, she kept seeing the same problem: leads falling through the cracks, follow-ups never happening, and customer relationships ending because someone forgot to make a payment. The infrastructure to fix it existed however it just wasn't built for this market.
Flowsolve is her answer to that. A system designed specifically for travel agents, tour operators, event planners, and hospitality businesses who are losing money not because of bad service, but because of broken processes.
Ann-Marie brings the rare combination of someone who understands what customers actually need, what operations actually look like on the ground, and what it takes to build systems that hold up under pressure.
